Recently made a wheel/tire package through Bigwheelz.com (Calgary based; for Canadian guys!) and this has to be one of my best experiences with customer service.
Had a problem with my order, and instead of shipping me "used" rims and not telling me, Harry, who runs Bigwheelz, emails me about this and picks up a new set down south. Even went to the trouble to give me a gratuitous gift on the side. Fast replies (within 48hrs, usually 24) to emails so I'm not waiting.
This, along with paying for my package several hundred dollars cheaper than a local distributor, getting better tires to boot and not even have to pay shipping.
Takes a while for shipment to arrive but well worth the wait.
