They were friendly and told me that it would be here tuesday (which they did) Shipping was prompt and right on target. Only complaint is, is how the tires were shipped. Not sure if all places do this but this is my first time ordering tires shipped to my house. They took 2 tires and placed the shipping info on the tires and wrapped the tires together with that strong mailing tape in 2 spots for each 2 tires..they arrived in fine shape so no biggie.
All in all I would do business with them again.
