I have bought from them on several occasions and have had overall good experiences with them. Don't waste your time e-mailing them, doesn't work most of the time. However, everytime that I have called them I have gotten the response that I needed immediatly. Just give'em a call if you have any issues. Good company, IMO

I've had great experiences w/ them. Yes, they are a little pricey, but VERY reliable. I had a clear corner w/ condensation once & they swapped it out no questions asked!

I've ordered a few items from Custom Enterprise (Jose). Actually, I received a package today

Honestly, I haven't had ANY problems with them. Shipping is reasonably fast, items come as advertised, and I have never found the need to contact them regarding an order. I do remember Jose responding immediately (24hrs) with some comments I had given through email.

I live in Canada so I have to deal with brokerage fees and border clearance. I hate the brokerage but I wouldn't have any problem ordering from CE again. I suppose the delays many others have been getting may be because they're ordering the high turnover items from them.

One up for CE and Jose

I've had good experiences, however I participated in a deal to go there and have them install an aluminum dash kit so they could take pictures for their website. They gave me a great price, but did a pretty bad job installing it. Now i'm stuck with a poorly installed aluminum dash. On other occasions though they have been great with orders.

They also replaced a corner lens for me at no charge that kept falling out.

I've usually gotten next day email responses as well

I ordered a FSTB from Custom Enterprise and it arrrived quickly, in good condition, and fit like a charm.
I'd definitely buy from them again.

The FSTB is impossible to fxck up. Yet I had to grind away some of each bracket. Yes, I bought it from CM. Out of all seven products I've gotten from them the FSTB is the only one I'm happy with.

Just got my FSTB from them. I ordered a red one, and though their phone service was great, and the shipping fast, my bar has a bunch of small gouges in it, along with some paint chips. It was on sale...but I guess I was expecting it to come without being all dinged up. Not sure what to do yet...(call them? live with it?)

If you still have not installed this item please give us a call. Sounds like the bar was damaged in UPS transit. We will gladly replace the product due to shipping damage.
