Middletown Nissan, Middlstown, CT
I had a pretty uneventful experience at this dealership. They were pretty good in their negotiations. I think the reason is, that I went in with a very good idea of what I was going to pay up front( I brought in printouts from KBB, Edmuds, and NADA with price and accessory options). I didn't show the saleman the printouts up front and started negotiating below what these sites told me I should be paying. After a realtively short period of time, we reached an agreement because I pulled out the inormation I brought and told the price that I was willing to pay. I think they made out, and I felt like I did as well(although I am sure they did very well on the deal regardless of my negotiating abilities).
The service here is generally very customer based and they want you to believe that they are here to serve you. So they do a good job of making you feel like you're special. I did have to bring the car back twice for the same problem though(a squeaky dash).
Other than that they seem like they are on the better end of the spectrum.
