DHL is the worst company in the ****ing world and stillen is a close second. DHL recently bought AIR BORNE and aquired more that they can handle. I ordered a full kit on October 15. Stillen put the wrong address on the box and DHL lost it. The ****ed up thing is that stillen wants me to wait and see if DHL can find it. i've been patiently waiting for over a month and stillen is not trying to do anything to make up for their mistake. Even when we caught on that they had the wrong address, we called to correct the address 3 times which they comfirmed that it was corrected 3 times and that i should be recieving it soon. DHL finally admitted to not knowing where the packadge is, so we filled out a claim so that stillen can get there money back. You would think that stillen would send me a new one right away. Nope..... now these ****ers is telling me that they don't have another kit and they have to make one for me and it will take 7 - 10 business days. I'm so pissed. i was suppose to get my kit painted this week. what happened to the costumer is always right??? IF you order from stillen, tell them not to use DHL cause DHL loses a lot of packages, i'm not the only one that has had a bad experience with DHL. Stillen uses DHL because they have the cheapest prices. An stillen admits to having a lot of lost items with them in the past. What does that say about stillen? I'm never ****ing with stillen again and never using DHL.

 

DHL does suck... the tracking system for customers online is not accurate at all.. Then when the package came the dude didnt want to take it up stairs... Its too big he said??? What? So the Air Bourne guy get out of the DHL truck and waits till I come out to get it. Its only 3 floors and we have an elevator. Hes just lazy to get the hand-truck out of the truck... Anyway I take the package up while in my sweat and tank-top w/ my morning breathe... DHL SUCKS!!!!
