Courtesy Nissan
I know most of you probably know Courtesy Nissan but I would just like to say that I have dealt with them on many occasions and they are pleasent to deal with and very accomodating. They have helped me out with upgrading the shipping for free due to the holidays and I have no complaints about them whatsoever. I will continue to do business with them.
Just don't go to them for service, if you live in the Dallas area. There are a number of guys in my car club that they have screwed to put mildly.
Parts department is great. But that is about it.
I even bough 2 new nissans in the past 2-3 months and did not go there because I did not want to deal with there poor...BAD customers service sucks!

yeah i think they are very good in the parts dept.... way better in price and in people skills compared to the NY dealers.(except one in LI i've dealt with) most of the NY guys act as if your great grand daddy didn't work at Nissan you don't know **** about cars.... when you probably know exactly what you are talking about, if not better than they know themselves.
I've had a lot of bad experiences with the parts department in the last few months.. shipping wrong parts to my customers, causing delayed work on the cars..
shipping incomplete shipments..
simply not shipping them at all for weeks at a time.
I finally had to cancel a $500 order from them because they said a rubber shifter boot for my 240 was on back order.. I told them I had an engine swap that weekend and needed the rest of the parts.. "cancel the backorder part and ship the rest. I can replace that rubber boot later.".. shipment doesn't show.. by tuesday. I call back.. same thing.. "still sitting in outbound waiting top be shipped."
"I need it friday. can you make sure it gets here?"
"will do, Boss"
thursday.. STILL not here, and it's only 1 day shipping from Dallas to Houston.
"Kaleb, where's my sheit?"
"Still sitting in shipping."
"I need this stuff TOMORROW. do whatever you have to do to make sure I get these parts by tomorrow afternoon."
"no problem. I'll ship it myself if I have to."
friday afternoon comes. I have the engine out.. NO PARTS!!!!
I call them up.. "KALEB! WHERE'S MY SHEIT?!"
"Uhhhhh...."
"Ship it next day air Saturday delivery. I have the engine out and the new one ready to go and I need it running by sunday night. I don't care who pays for the shipping, but I NEED these parts tomorrow."
"Will do."
I sit around until Sat afternoon waiting on the stuff to show.... FINALLY get the email from courtesy with the tracking number.. the bishes sent it GROUND!
I called my local dealer (that's 2.5 hour drive there and back), and they had all the parts in stock, including the boot courtesy had on back order!!!
so I borrow my neighbors car and drive the 60 miles to the dealership, get all my parts, get home, and the car is running Sunday afternoon.
courtesy's parts show up Monday night. Refused. Return to Sender.
