Anyone buy from Abtivan Concepts?

I found this website awhile ago and i've been thinking about buying my suspension upgrade there.

The website addy is http://www.abtivan.com/

The Illuminas are selling for just over $500 and the Maxspeeds are selling at about $95. Anyone know if the website's reliable? Or does anyone know where I can get the parts at a better price? Thanks, in advance, for any help.

They are ok in prices but they will kill you in the shipping charge........ I tried to get Maxspeeds from them and the wanted $38.00 for shipping...... there was a person in Ebay that seels them for $100.00 new shipped but he ran out of them..... so I'm waiting until I can get them cheaper....

Check the GD section, the Illuminas are going for like $408 shipped. Great deal!

I got my Injen from them a while back. Ordered from the website. I don't remember the exact shipping charge, but wasn't that high. I was pleased with their service.

I bought something from them and they sent me the wrong part. They tried to blame me for the mixup and were unwilling to remedy the problem. After a week of calling and being told a manager would call me back (but never did) I filed a complaint with Paypal and contacted my credit card company. They were informed by the credit card company of this and promptly offered to take a return of my item. Once again they promised to do something and didn't. They told me that they would refund the shipping charges but they never did. I was sick of dealing with them, so I just bit the bullet and paid for it myself and didn't try to recieve reimbursment. 2 days after this incident was resolved they cancelled their Ebay account and began a new one, due to the high number of negative feedbacks. This company is a joke and no one should deal with them.

They rape you on shipping, and they take FOREVER to ship.

Oh forgot to mention they never gave me feedback for my instant payment through the EBay auction. Bastards...
