I bought a kit from him when he had his first group deal and I just have to say that everything was awesome. Shipping took over a week. Im not sure what to tell you but to try him again. Usually he answers pretty quick.

Bryan is one of the better vendors on this forum. Shoot him a pm and he should get back with you promptly. You can also contact him via their site.

This is exactly why I decided to do business with him.
So far I sent him 3 e-mails, and left two messages, with no replys from him, very odd.

Last week he promised a tracking number to me via e-mail, but never recieve it.

My last e-mails to him last night was not as nice.

I bought my Berk Intake from him, no problems at all....some of you have to realize that some people here on the org sell items part time and is not a full time job....he could be busy with school, work or on vacation. I'm sure he will respond to your emails.

I just contacted him. I believe there's a shipment delay due to the back order for 00-01 intakes. So i'm on the same boat as you. Hang tight. I'm sure you'll get it by end of this week.

I like the fact that Sammzway here was successful in getting a hold of him.
I am the most easy going person, but he as a vendor should at least return my calls or e-mails, does not reflect positive on his business.
I do have to say when I placed the order he mentioned there was a ten day delay and that I would recieve then, I waited ten days, no product, sent him an e-mail, he said he would provide a tracking number the next day, never happened.
That was on Feb 7th, I didn't bother to make it a big issue. I finally sent him another e-mail on Friday the 11th, and had no success in chating with him since.

He had my money on Jan 24th, we are now on Feb 15th, with no product. That is 18 business days, not ten like he agreed.

So I hope that you all see how someone could be concerned. I really don't think that I've been unreasonable. All I ask is that he calls me and gives me an honest explanation.

Oh, I know for sure paypal deducted from my checking.

You're right, and you have every right to be concerned.

Good News,
He just replied, and he informed me that the money could be refunded, which isn't really my concern.

I replied by asking as to an exact eta, should I decide not to cancel my order.
I insisted in getting him to commit to a delivery date, and the fact that if there is a delay, that he should call and let his customers know about it.

So we'll see what his reponse is.

Got an ETA of Monday the 21, and he also said he would e-mail me if it didn't go out on Saturday?

I'd be interested to hear what some of you guys with new order placement are been told as far as an ETA????

Simple business rule... no customer service , no customers. I got my intake from him with a few communication problems but got it eventually and am VERY happy with it.

My opinion, I would not have ordered the Apexi filter. The price just doesn't seem worth it. I even removed my K&N filters and placed a turbo designed cone on instead (the cone has an opening on the front rather than just the sides). That is just my preference. Save your money for another mod.

Aside from him not wanting to do a custom MAF adapter, I suppose they're a good company. Under the circumstances, i fully understand why he wasn't not able to do it, but still, would have been nice.
