SHOX.COM S%*&#S !!!!

I ordered the tokico illumina suspension kit from shoxs.com, took a week to get delivered and they sent me one for and acura integra, i call them and they gave me an attitude like i did something wrong and are pissed that it is going to cost them another 50 bucks in shipping, so now another week is wasted, shox didn`t even care if i had it on time or not, be carefull when ordering from them. thanks for letting me vent.

It shouldn't cost you anything for shipping if they f'd up. I'd ask for a full refund if they're trying to hit you for more shipping... =(

I've dealt with shox.com. They are pretty nice, ufront people. So they are picking up the freight. So what's the problem?? Now correct if I'm wrong here. They have already arranged to have the correct stuff shipped. Now you haven't even started getting the wrong stuff back (and it seems like you are going to delay it). So who's got the attitude now? IMHO, they were pretty cool about shipping you another set of shocks w/o requiring you to ship the wrong stuff back first. In theory you could be the **** and keep the shocks for all they know.

As far as your "schedule". You shouldn't schedule these things so close to your install day. Why? Because they have absolutely no obligation to meet "your schedule". If they are kind enough to ship it out when they say they will, hell that's all you can ask.

Mistakes happen. Seems like they are pretty much doing what they can.

don't worry...shox.com has his credit card number. next post would be that shox.com made an unauthorized charge on his CC.
