i only had one experience with them and it was for my 3rd gen clear corners. The order went fine and I got them shipped to me and it was a smooth transaction. I was planning on ordering some HID bulbs for my bumpers and corners. Maybe I'll get them somewhere else...

I had a bit of an issue with them as well. Ordered some red/clears, never got a tracking number, never got shipped out. To make a long story short, I exchanged quite a few phone calls and forum PM's over the course of a week before the issue was taken care of. However, I did end up getting my red/clears on time since they upgraded my order to expedited shipping at their expense.

Im having a problem with them right now. I ordered there cat converter and its been 3 weeks, still no converter and no response to emails. They suck, horrible customer service, Im not ordering from them again. On a side note, I ordered clear corners from them and they are cheap inside piece of "chrome" has came apart and now looks weird. On another side note, Sport Compact Only rocks! great customer service just got in my B&M STS

Why didnt you just cancel the order with them?? Ask to talk to Greg or something next time you call, instead of dealing with associates... CustomEnterprise is an excellent company... if they are a supplier and not manufacturer of a product, they have no say in when the part is available, or back in stock or whatever... I've been waiting for my cattman rear sway bar for about 2 weeks now, along with over 20 other guys, but cattman is out of stock... theres nothing custommaxima can do about it.. but they've already given me a 15 dollar discount off the original order, as well as 10 on top of that, AND refunded me the shipping... I've ordered many other things from them, and every person, whether it be Tony, Nick, or whoever, has given me excellent customer service, answered all my questions, and never been rude or anything... not to mention they have great products, and decent pricing. It's every now and then I hear people say bad things about them, and I don't understand why, every single person that I know that has ordered from them has had nothing but an excellent transaction...
Sorry to hear that this has happened to you... Hopefully it gets worked out.

I've ordered a couple products through them before with no problems, but then I ordered their tokico illumina kit (which was out of stock and I eventually cancelled and received a refund for) and ran into a buttload of problems with them involving no responses from them at all. Kinda killed any desire I had to do business with them, until I called them. Once I personally talked to someone there, everything ran smooth as silk and I was pleased with the outcome, they gave me my refund no strings attached.

And there's always this set on eBay since CM is eternally out of stock it seems.

I don't know about a scam. Sounds like they're stuck without the clear corners and are just telling you another couple weeks every time until they arrive.

I called and ordered the red/clears from the GD for $95 and received them three days later. I have no complaints.

drivinmax, it appears there was some comfusion when you purchased them from our website. Those euro clear corner lights are very difficult to get, and the manufacturer in Taiwan only made a small amount and has not made any since due to a problem with the tooling. We have been told that it will be 2-3 more weeks....but this seems to be the run around we are getting from the factory. We simply pass on the information the factory gives us. So if it seems like we are giving false information it is because we are receiving false information. We try to keep our customers informed with as much information as we have. They have been marked as out of stock on our website for 6+ months since they sold out. We are hopeing to see more from the factory but from pattern we have seen so far we are not to hopeful. Sorry about the confusion, if there is anything else we can do to help you out feel free to give us a call.
Thanks,
Greg

Bump for poor customer service.n:

Calling it scam is going a little far, unless they really did scam you.
After reading through this thread I'm learing that I should contact Greg himself if I want something to get done. I'm disappointed that I'm not getting a deal on shipping for my wait like some people here, all I get is a calendar and some stickers, which really could care less about.:
