Stealerships w/Best Service Depts (NY area)

I've had nothing but headache every time I need to get the Max serviced, be it warranty or sched. maintenance. I've been to 3 dealers in NY area (Bay Ridge Nissan, Kings Nissan & Nissan of Queens) and whaddaya know - they all suck. It takes 4+ hours to change oil & rotate tires (mind you - this is "while you wait" - not even remotely possible to get a loaner in the meantime) To top it all off, when I brought my Max for a skyview glass recall after calling 3 weeks in advance and "confirming" that I'll be getting a loaner - they told me that even though the new glass needs 24+ hrs to cure and must not get wet - they do not give out loaners and condecsendingly suggested that I "pick a dry morning and come back" since it was raining that day. That stroke of genius belongs to Brian a svc mgr over at Nissan of Queens... and I wanted to kick the damn smirk into the guy's head, along with his teeth...

So here I am venting, and again seeking advice from my fellow Maxers in NYC area - what's your experience been like? Any stealership you might recommend? Any particular svc manager that's not a douchebag and is actually professional for a change?

Warren, Paul - any advice from fellow Brooklynites? Others? I'm at my wits end here.... and my Onyx beauty is in need of an oil change & front brake pad replacement, along with a few other minor things...

I take my car to Hempstead, Garden City Nissan. Service is ok. Although I did wait 1.5 hours for my inspection but they had about 10000 cars that Saturday morning. My dad bought my car there also when th O2 sensors died under warranty. He said the service is ok, nothing to rave about, but they do fix the stuff fast to get it out. I guess it depends on your luck.
