Just wondering if anyone has delt with hotshot directly. Im looking to buy headers from them but I couldn't find any posts about them here. ANyone?

 

I had to when I had a problem with my headers. They were great, I think his name was John, he took care of the problem quick and easy. If the shop could not fix the problem, he had a new secondary pipe ready to go out to me.

 

I purchased headers on the 24th then i sent a email, on the 27th asking what was going on since i haven't recieved anything. I haven't gotten a reply and they have charged my credit card anyone know if they only charge credit cards if they ship?

they are on vacation till the 3rd....

Ok so it has been a week+ and i still haven't gotten a phone call back an email, i haven't recieved anything from hotshot saying what is going on. Anyone have any imput? or know them presonally? If i don't get a response by the end of the week then im disputing the charges
