He responded finally, but said the refund was completed, although I have not received it yet .... still waiting =(

From what i hear. It takes about 10-15 phone calls, 25-50 emails, and about 25 excuses when it comes to Redline

Then about 1/3 of the year to get your product or request. and 1/2 the times its messed up, so you have to go through the 1st step i mentioned again.

This is according to 95% of their customers so this is fact.

But its okay, because according to the other 5% of the customers that are satisfied - He's a great guy! A stand up person! Treats the kids nice. So its okay, that he doesnt take care of business.

In my opinion i rather have a guy thats a jerk But when it comes to business - is all about getting the job done in a satisfactory manner.

if you have never dealt with redlinemax or corey then you need to just stay out of this...this is part of the forum is for people who have dealt with the vendors and sponsors. thank you
