Good experience with Mothers Polish Co.

So I recently purchased a Mothers powerball and was not satisfied with the results...I e-mailed mothers about the situation...and asked if I could get a refund...they said just send back the shaft portion of the powerball and the receipt...and they will take care of the rest

so I sent it out to them via mail on Friday...I got my refund back by Tuesday...their customer service is superb...and they take care of their customers in a timely manner...they even sent me all this other crap with my refund check...

with Mother's Polish customer service!

So what was wrong with the powerball?I have always walked buy it at walmart and thought about purchasing it but always decide i don't need it since mr clean erasers work fine.

well, i just thought it was an overrated product...cuz when i finished polishing my wheels, it looked the same as scrubbing with soapy water and drying....but at the same time, i'm not totally sure if i did everything correctly...when i watched the demo vid on mothers website, i did exactly that...i don't see anything else involved in it...

i'm not sayin its a bad product...i guess it wasn't for me....but i wanted to comment on how great the mothers customer service was....they handled two of my e-mails within 24hours...and they refunded my money in like 2 days...great service!
