even though i use ebay quite often, im not sure i would trust something of this magnitude with those sellers. who really knows what you put in your car when you buy those things off of ebay.

They might have been having a hard time but by lagging people's orders they will have an even harder time getting repeat customers. 3 months for a y pipe is just rediculous. If they are moving and cannot deliver their products in a timely manner, they need to simply shut the business down until they are settled. You cannot expect people to come back to you if your service sucks.
My cattman took less than one week to get to my door. That is why i paid the extra 100 bucks and i went back and purchaed from them again....good service and better quality.

If it took them that long i would just get a refund, enough is enough....there is a limit on how long a company can take to deliver a product. And im pretty sure 3 months is over that limit.

I found it interesting that with the stated facts here, someone actually said they don't s*** and they've had a hard time.

I've been trying to get a lense for my Nikon that's been on backorder for at least 60 days now (T 12-24 4.0, sells for about 1/2 of the Nikon). The difference is the legit photo houses don't take your money until they ship. Also, if you don't want to place the order until they have it, they have an automated system by which to notify you it's in stock. I got such notification but was away on business and didn't order, so now it's out-of-stock again. Not taking money until product is shipped is standard practice.

i'm pretty sure you paid credit card....just don't pay it. What i mean is call the CC company and tell them you had ordered something from this specific company and did not receive the merchandise. I beleive they would reverse the charges, but make sure first

some are still waiting on their Carbon Fiber hoods from them also. From these threads and talk, they are running their business into the ground and I wont buy from them.

I hear you guys. They are the worst sponsor here on the org. The guy keeps giving BS excuses like moving and not having enough employees.........etc
That's not my problem. Hire more employees and be much more responsible. I wasn't in a rush but I beleive that anything more than 2 weeks is just ridiculous. They don't even tell you that a certain item is back-ordered. They even lie to you and say they've shipped items when they haven't and blame UPS for "stealing" them.

at least your getting answers from them. Many people with redline arent getting an e-mail back, nor a call, pm nothing. There completely in the dark.

Thank goodness for credit cards and reversing charges

Bought SS brake lines from Redline NEVER again. Same BS excuse from a kid I talked to on the phone. "Yeah, we received your payment and are shipping it out tomorrow." One month later had not seen or heard anything, I called them again could not get in touch with a human being for a week. I kept trying and finally got in touch with the same A$$ whole and he said "I think it shipped but, I'm not 100% sure. I will call you back tomorrow and update you on the shipping info." No answer again, now I'm pissed.
About three weeks after that conversation they came in. All in all I think it took almost 2 months to get the brake lines. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

thats bad every time i look at a post redline max has beaten another person out of their hard earn money thats a shame makes small business guys look looke dirty, if you paid with a credit card file a claim for non received goods, and for people taking their side most likely they are in bed together ive seen plenty of guys like this in the 20 years PAY WITH A CREDITCARD Its PROTECTION YOU HAVE! GOOD LUCK GOTO WARPSPEED THEY ARE real business people.

whoa whoa whoa...there a lotta bold statements being made here... i've been helpin around the shop and they are under a lotta pressure due to NRH Transmission going out of business... and left me inform all of you that in situations like this patience is a virtue.. i know some of you all may be frustrated about all of this but everything will end up being worked out...if you cant get a hold of anyone else thru PM or on the phone...you can shoot me a PM and ill see what i can do... i know the 3 months is a long wait, but that part is on back order and hopefully they can get that worked out...

ok, thats not their problem, i think that if you guys are having a hard time or under pressure, close the site until you guys CAN get settled like someone said earlier, you guys are bad business and are liars... i was about to order something until i read this thread.

they have been having problem's even when they moved into NRH , If you cant get you're business up and running straight then dont run it at all , And if you dont have a place to run you're businness out of except your damn house and it take's you month's to get you're product's to coustoumers. Then shut down the site and dont take any payment's untill you think you can deliver **** when you say you will , Stop taking people's money !

Obvoiously we all need to go to the better business bureau and get this business shutdown so people dont have to suffer.

People buy from them then they find all these thread's and they suddenly feel like they have been ripped off.

Ive been ripped off to. Still havent recived what i bought and it's been almost a half of year i just gave up... alot of money down the drain.

It would be easier to digest a longer wait if there was some sort of comunication. Keeping a dialogue with the customer helps keep them at ease, they atleast are being kept up to date, and feel they can reach someone and ask questions should they need to.

Silence and lies doesnt give any business a good look. Many were told they would receive their item in x days, and when that date comes no show. After a while customers would feel like they are being decieved.

Well i don't know what's been going on individually with other customers. I just recently started helping out Corey. I've known him for a little while now. Now if anyone would like to specifically let me know their situation I can speak with Corey and find out what the exact problem is. We can then go from there and get the problem solved. I understand that if I was on the recieving end I would be gettin impatient as well, but bashing the company isn't going to solve anything. I know it is a lot to ask, but please just be patient a lil longer. My AIM is in my profile just shoot me an IM. When my account changes feel free to shoot me a PM. Let's all just try to get all this resolved.

I think everyone wants to get this resolved, but when you don't answer your phones/email;, or answer them and lie about ETA's, that makes it kind of hard fpr things to be resolved. Is it really THAT HARD to tell your customers what is really going on, and is it really THAT HARD to not charge someone for something that you cannot deliver in a timely manner. If something is on backorder, either take it off of the website or post a disclaimer that you do not know how long it will take to get the product.

Wow good luck to everyone, it seems as though this situation arises much too often with this company. It seems as though it's VERY poorly managed.

First off, don't use the word "you" too openly. I do not work at RedLine Max. I do, however, have a good enough relation with Corey and I am helping out with the cars at the shop, so you bashing me and going off at me is just gonna push me not to help. I'm posting here so I can fix all the problems that ALL OF YOU HAVE. Corey did not ask me to do this, but I don't like seeing his name/shop bashed and, on top of all of that, I DO NOT like to see others upset for not recieving their parts (and have every right to be upset). What I can say on part of RedLine Max is that they really are trying their best right now and that there was a lot of fraud issues that came up and to top it off the guy who was taking care of some of the online sales QUIT. Like I said, PM me your individual situation and I can go about working on it. The ones who can read thru a whole post and start flaming for no reason understand this already. Like I said, I'm on AIM normally and I check my PMs daily. Let's all get this resolved. -Atif
