Pep Boys

To make a long story short, the Pep Boys located at 4853 JONESBORO RD, FOREST PARK, GA sux ***. I went to get new tires and got an alignment as well. So the next day I hear strange sounds like a popping sound during turns and going over speed bumps and I also hear a sound like the passenger side tire is rubbing on something or unbalanced while driving in a straigh line.

I took the car back to them and all those dumbass lazy bastards did was take it for a drive and said everything seemed to be ok, so I hop in with one of the lazy asses and I point out that rubbing sound and to my bad luck the popping sound was not present. We come back to the shop, he talks to the manager and the manager tells him to put it on the lift and take a look. This ******* looks at him and ask "whats the labor rate on doing warranty work?". At this point Im just like well **** it, obviously this lazy *** is only worried about getting paid and he takes it back to the bay. Comes back later saying its good now, of course I drive it and sure enough the next day the rubbing sound is back.

Pep Boys is the worst place in the world to get anything done!!! A simple mount, balance and alignment job turns into a nightmare. I still dont know what that damn popping noise, it s not the CV, the boots are not ripped. Never in your life go to Pep Boys unless you are buying a part that you are going to be putting on by yourself!!!

Don't ever let PepBoys touch your car. They left the Oil cap off my car after a oil change and then wanted to charge me to replace it. One of many horrors stories from PepBoys. Never again.

Of course it does. I'm getting my turbo kit put in by Jiffy-Lube.
