Very bad experience with COURTESY NISSAN

I recently had very bad experience with courtesy nissan from texas. i ordered a new maf last week on friday. they promised me that they will ship the part by saturday or monday and they wanted me to call them to get the fright tacking # ok i called monady to confirm if my order is shipped one of the part guy said no its going to be shipped today so i said ok no problem. i called again on tuesday and they said that our UPS guy didnt come so he promised that they going to ship it tommorow..i felt very angry but didnt say a word. i called next day which was wednesday and asked if my order is shipped and i spoke with one of the new parts guy he said no sir its going to be shipped today... i got quite mad and explained him the situation. i was going to cancel the order then he offered me next day air shipping. he called me an hour later with ups tracking # and i recieved my maf today. my car is still sitting dead at parking lot since friday. all this delay because of courtesy nissan I have learnt my lesson. i will never buy anything from those Fv<kers. and i hope that after reading my story you guys may think twice before calling courtesy nissan of texas.

EDIT: next time I am going to call DAVE B. doesnt matter if he charge 5 or 10bucks more than courtsey nissan.

Ups ground would have taken 3 days so you waited an extra day?
I wouldn't consider this very bad. Sure Dave B may have been able to get it to you in less time. Waiting 7 days for an order is very reasonable espcially since you can't really count sat or sun.

I've ordered more than a handful of things from them w/o any problems. Everything from oil filters, touch up paint, to even a car cover! And when I was ordering a bunch of touch up paint, they sort of messed up my order but let me keep the parts they sent by mistake (which matched my color code anyway)..

bad deal at courtesy

I have dealt with Courtesy twice....not to bad. I have found Pinnacle Nissan. They are my local dealership, however they ship nationwide. The parts people there are excellent. They give a 22-25% discount (I haven't nailed down their formula) I never get wrong parts, and always get a good deal. I don't know if I can post this but....their # is 888-998-9800 or nissanparts.org
They are good. I have 3 nissans and get everything from them.

I use them for several years but only for small things like detailing, filters, oil, sensors and so on - so far so good! They once shipped my an incorrect part and replaced it wiht next day delivery for free, i kept the shipped by error pcv valve for free, they did not want it back.

Ive ordered from Courtesy a few times and I have no complaints what so ever... It didn't sound so bad the situation you had???

Just remember next time you need a part so bad get someone to drive you to your local stealership, It might be worth the money to get your ride on the road quicker??? especially If your ordering before the weekend...

Oh, who's Dave B and whats some contact info for him??? I might need some parts soon and the more options the better
