Pinnacle Nissan

Just bought a knock sensor from Pinnacle Nissan (great price by the way $95.00 including shipping ) Great service and nice people. Very helpful.

Purchased it over the phone on the 28th of December, and just recieved it. I havent installed it yet, but it looks great and Im not worried about fittment or anything like that at all. Reaching my hand into the VQ valley of razor blades is a different story.......

I've been there a couple times, and even the service department is very good.

i used to work there for a year and a half, and yes we did bend over backwards for our customers. but let me tell you the managers are greedy pigs and would treat us employees like crap. i got one raise in the time i worked there and it was only 50cents. cheapa$$s

I have never bought anything from Pinnacle Nissan's service department but sadly enough, my fathers new purchase experience from them was horrible.

1) After telling my father the car was his and that they would hold it until 4:30pm, they sold it out from under him - we were NOT late nor did Nick give us a call saying "hey, I got someone here wanting to buy this thing, GET HERE FAST"
2) Our salesman, rushed my dad into another car and acted as if he was just to busy for us.
3) After agreeing on the car he rushed him into, we asked the selling price then Nick rushed off for 4 hours without offering us a seat, water or even telling us what the deal was.
4) My father had filled out a credit app online and was approved, from what Nick said, but then found out that he was NOT approved after being there for 5 hours
5) Just lie after lie with our salesman and the finance department.

My father went there because he has heard 'great things' about Pinnacle Nissan - as seen on the above post - but his experience was horrible to say the least.

Visit: Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale, Arizona Sucks we just feel our experience was bad enough to share it and warn others about it.

Pinnacle is pretty far from me. When i need parts i usually go to Infiniti of Scottsdale. They claim to have the most parts in the world, so who knows. their service is great, i like the free car wash. the $115/hr labor is not so great, and angers me. The $98 for a synthetic oil change is also not so great, so i avoid those.
