I've had my car in there a few times and every time i go in there I'm even more pissed off at them.

So first trip I go in there they break my sunroof wind deflector via the guys that wash the cars.

Second trip they scratch up my center counsel when taking out my bose head unit.

So I confront the service manager and he brings the mecanics to my car to inspect the damage and of course they're going to deny it. I'd have to be a sucker to bring my car back there to have it sabotaged.

If you are forced to go there just avoid dealing with the old guy in the first office in the service department. He's a super douche bag!

Anyways I went over to Endicott Nissan of Pompano and I told them my problems and the service guy said ok no problem I'll look at the problems and fix it all. It's definitely a lot smoother experience then going to hell and back over at Maroone.

My friend works over at Ft lauderdale Nissan but I never brought my car there for anything nor any dealer.

Nax? I think I saw him working there...I pick up a few small parts when I don't want to bother DaveB.
