Shox.com
I ordered a set of Bilsteins for my truck and have been extremely happy with the product and service. They have great prices, ship fast, and excellent customer service. I was talking to Mark there and he is really willing to work with you and they stand behind their products. He told me they've been around for 27 years which surprised me at first but after dealing with them it's easy to see how, I'll definitely order from them in the future. Their customer service motivated me to write this review, it's difficult to find a company that puts as much energy into it as they do.

I purchased from them years ago. They are a fine group.
But question. I replaced my friend's pathy shocks with KYBs. Those freakin things were softer than the blown up units we replaced! Would you recommend the Bilestins for the Pathy also? It's like a 1987 model or something

I was going between the Bilsteins and Konis and was leaning toward the Koni but figured it's a truck, I don't really need the adjustability. I am kind of wishing I forked over more for the Koni's but it's more because I like tweaking with stuff and was really happy with them on my Maxima but I'm nitpicking, I'm very happy with the Bilsteins.
My friend also replaced his factory shocks with Bilsteins on his 2006 3/4ton Ram and is very happy with them. I've always heard people praise having Bilsteins on their trucks so I think he would be hard pressed to go wrong. I hear people say KYB's are soft a lot :-/

Friend with the 06 3/4ton has used them on his and his brothers explorer... he bought them on sale and they were good but I think I would go for some Bilsteins instead if they are anywhere near in price. I haven't really had any experience with them but I've heard people say they like them/are a decent shock.
I'm driving across the state tomorrow with a full load of junk. Even with just the futon in the back of the truck going over the curb at the end of the driveway was much more controlled. I'm interested to see how part of WA-26 is where it's washboard ish. I hope Snoqualmie opens early :-/

bunch of OT chatters here...
Jeff... Bilstein...get it. IMO there's no better strut/shock that's made. If we had choice for bilstein for the max i would get it.
shox.com used to be called RD enterprised back in the day. every set of shocks/struts were ordered from them. no problems what so ever with warranty. i had to warranty a set of tokicos and didn't want the downtime so i ordered another set and then returned the old ones. few weeks later they sent me a check for the full value of the 4 struts. no ebay company can do that or even willing to do that.
