I've only heard great things. Prices a little high, but great customer service!

n: Many bad experiences with them when orders had one part on backorder or someone got the wrong part. It's hell getting the problem corrected.

One time UPS even delivered a box of mine to the wrong address. UPS won't do a thing about it unless the shipper (Courtesy) calls and files the paperwork. They wouldn't touch it. $200 out of my pocket.

Their parts manager f***ed me on a car show in Dallas a few years ago too. pulled out of the show with very short notice before the event and I was stuck scrambling for another dealer to host the event.

I refuse to buy from Courtesy. Evar.

THIS. Almost every order I've made through Courtesy has been listed as "In Stock", but as soon as I make the order, I'm informed that the part is out of stock. Pretty ridiculous.

When I want to use OEM parts, they are my first choice and I have never had any issues with any orders I have placed with them.

http://www.nissanpartscheap.com/

Have placed several orders with these guys, had one issue with a part that arrived broken, but they took care of it at N/C to me and a minimum of inconvenience......they are consistently cheaper than Courtesy Nissan on the P/N prices and the shipping.

I've tried finding parts several times on this website and literally can't ever get it to find anything, other than just stumbling through things on the categories (which doesn't allow you to find everything). I can even type in the direct part number and every single time it just says "no items found please try again or search by categories"

Good people, always helpful to me on phone

Thumbs Up. I've ordered from them probably 4 times over the last 3 years, and have always received exactly what I ordered. Authentic Nissan parts store. Their website is helpful with schematics and order-availability. When I call them about parts questions they are always helpful even if it doesn't result in a sale that day.

They get you the parts nice but they don't always honor returns. Sent some parts back to them but never got $ back. Sort of gave up on it because it wasn't worth the bother.
