Custom Enterprise, parent of Custom Maxima has a long record of issues. Just do a search of thread titles.

There was a slight delay on the order. Should be shipped out tomorrow. An email was sent. Can you please confirm your email. We might have the wrong email on your account, which would explain the lack of notifications to you.

We understand that there were many problems with customer service with the old owner. We are striving to change that reputation. We really are quite solid, but you only hear of the rare orders that have problems on the forums.

Sorry for wait,

I ordered a part from them and did 3 day shipping. Well 7 days later no part. WTF where is my part. 5 emails, 10 phone calls, and one pm and still no reply/part.

This company does have a bad rep due to things like this. From what I have seen/experienced.

I was looking at an exhaust that they carry for my 6th gen. I may or may not purchase it. If my other source falls through, I MAY give them a chance.

If it doesn't I'll post pics and video and let you know where I got it from.

i ordered a front and rear strut brace and a custom emblem from them and the front strut bar got there quickly but, i never got the rear one or the emblem. They said we'd never ordered them So we re-order them, a few days after they were supposed to arrive we called and they said the rear strut brace had been discontinued. and long story short, we never got the emblem....

So after the cat, you didn't learn??

I hope after all of that, you don't buy from them again.

Recently, say in the last 6 months? It seems they've fallen off the face of the earth lately in the last 6+ months.

IIRC their usertitle was "on hiatus" a while ago, so somethings up

Same as the ones on Ebay. Don't risk it with them, instead order through Ebay, I have heard of bad experiences with this company

I ordered some side mirrors through them... they are low price...but the trade off is their shipping took like a month... seems the general theme here.
