boostanddestroy.com bad or good??!

On march 18th we place order when they call us back cause if we call they won't pickup idk y they tld me they phone don't wrk so I said okay. Will we order BC racing coilover kit for my 2004 Nissan maxima on march 18th he said okay thank u for ordering n everything it'll be at my home on march 31st that wht he tld me. Today I was calling them almost five time n I left message n he still haven't call me back yet. So u think I can get my money back or wht should I do? Anybody had this problem with them or something?

i highlighted what i thought was important, hopefully you spoke proper English on the phone, or i would ignore you calls also.

sounds like you should wait until the delivery date to start raising hell, even though they sound a bit bad on the customer response, it doesnt mean they will take your money and run. what method did you pay with?
