I ordered some tokico blues for my car from them on the 22nd and paid for ups 4 day shipping.well today is the 27th and the stuff still hasn't shipped and no tracking numbers when I call the number I get a guy who sounds like he is sitting in his house watching a bunch of children and he puts me on hold for like 20 minutes and comes back with the same excuse of its being packed up for shippment.
Now my order is backordered
