Frost Nissan, Newton, MA

Just had my 2nd bad experience with Frost Nissan's service department here in Newton, MA. Been experiencing a much softer brake pedal, so I changed pads, fluid and went to the extreme of SS brake lines. Better braking cause of the pads, but no change in pedal feel. Also been developing what sounds like a squeaky spring in the brake pedal so called Frost for an appointment to look at the Master cylinder and brake pedal. Told them they prob wouldnt need to pull the wheels since i just finished a brake bleed, and they went ballistic asking why I would ever do that and change the brake lines. Needless to say, if you have any kind of mods, I think this dealership will blame it for your problem and not offer to help. Just forewarning! Anyone with a better dealer in the eastern MA area??????
