Need help locating a car

I've been to every dealership on Long Island with my fiance and every single person is a liar. Here's her story....

I put a downpayment on a 2002 White/Charcoal 2.5S Automatic Altima, with Convenience Package, ABS, Fog Lights, Spoiler, Floor Mats, Splash Guards, Microfilter and EC mirror with compass, and a got a great deal. $21,000 which is $221 under invoice. I was told by the dealer that it was in port and that all they needed was my deposit to bring the car in for me. Now 2 days later I am being told that the cars they have do not have ABS, and that they can't locate any cars in the tri-state area for me. I made a few phone calls to other dealers and they all tell me the same thing, that ABS is hard to come by in White. I finally reached someone who said he located a car for me and would have it by Wed if I left some money, but I am hesitant because everyone else says they can't locate one.
I decided to email Courtesy Nissan and someone got back to me saying that "the car you are looking for has not been manufactured."
So my question is this. Can you give me some advice on how to find out if the car I am looking for does exist somewhere in the U.S. Is their a website I can use that will search for the car or a number I can call to see whether it exists or will exist in the future?
The reason I am turning over every stone is because once the dealer told me he had the car in port, I sold my car and now am stuck with nothing and it seems like I'll have nothing for quite awhile.
Any help or advice you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Need help locating a car

When I had specific questions about buying a Maxima I called Nissan directly. They were helpful.

Try 1-800-239-8810 or 1-800-NISSAN-1

Good luck...
