One word sums these guys up: PRO's. From the moment you walk in these guys are all about making whatever you can think of happen. It is almost like an interview when you first walk in with a project. The project manager (Paul) will sit down with you and ask you what you want to do, then he will break it down into short term and long term goals. Then he goes over prices per goal and sets up kinda like a stair step of attainable goals for your car. Once that is set up and they figure out exactly what you want, they have the correct person in the shop begin work on your vehicle. These guys are super professional and they will keep you updated down to the day if you ask them to. All their work is done like they are working on their own car and they are passionate about playing with cars. Now a word of warning, don't go in there and expect to go theoretical on them, they are all about getting it done, so go in serious. Also with the level of technical skill you are gonna get from these guys expect the price to be on par with the service, they aren't discountcrap.com. That being said I would recommend them to anyone who wants anything done to their car, from simple bolt-ons all the way to engine swaps/wire tucks/turbos they are the last word in El Paso for all things tuned.
