Lite Glow's service and products sucks!!!!!!

Okay, I bought a Lite Glow Pro Series underbody kit from Custommaxima.com and was very happy with the price and with Greg's service. However, now that I've had my underbody kit installed on my max for 4 months, I have had nothing but problems with it.

List of Problems:
1) Whenever it rains or the ground is slightly wet, the neons do not work.
2) A huge amount of water has made it's way into the neon tubes and has contributed to 1 neon burning out and the others losing it's brightness. The neons are even staring to spark when they get slightly wet!
3) If I'm lucky, I get a total of 1/2 of a neon working at one time!
4) I tried to email Lite Glow and they were nice enough to reply to my message almost 1 month later with a reply not even 1 sentence in length.
5) I finally decide to phone them up so when I do, they put me on hold for over 15 minutes and when I finally got to talk to the service guy, he was rude and not happy at all that I wanted to return their product. So he tells me that I can return the neons but I will have to talk to their returns rep who will phone me up in 5 minutes. No call after 1 hour so I phone back. They tell me that the returns rep is too busy to answer the call and they will close in 1/2 hour so I told them I'll phone back on Monday (they close on weekends).
I phone them on Monday and the returns rep tells me that he can't do the return until he gets confirmation from the tech guy that's it okay to send back the neons. As you can see, this is all a bunch of b.s. to get out of fufiling their warranty. I will add more as I try to get this problem fixed.

I also didn't like their lack of info on their website. They seem to do most of their business with distributors, so they can care less if one single customer has a problem.

I hope that you get your problem resolved. that must be a pain in the a$$!

i have the same damn problem, water is in 1 tube, and now I am in the process of returing one of the other tube, b/c i belive that it burnt out. trying to return this one tube was a ***** and a half, i spent 45 min on the phone aruging with them, teling them that the tube was not crack, and just replace this tube, which i hope they will. if you can return your kit, I will prolly return mine.

So you're having the same problem as I am? I am still in the process of trying to convince Lite Glow that they're product is defective so that i can get them replaced. When removing one of my side neons, I found out that a part of the plastic outer part cracked but behind the black housing where it says "Low Glow" so I'm not sure if they will replace it but they should because that plastic coating shouldn't crack especially if it's behind the black housing. The other side neon is just leaking and the rear neon has burnt out from water leaking in. Lite Glow is the worst company to deal with!! ARGH!!!
