I had problems that i could not identify and i brought it to Douglas a couple times and they couldn't find the problem either time. My car failed on me while in Dallas and I had to tow it to Urban Nissan and they found the problem right away - a bad starter. This happened a couple other times too, where i had a problem and they couldn't identify it, but Urban found it right away.
