Yeah, try sending him an email and he'll just give you the manufacturers number to call and you get to try to get a new set.

Great customer service...

A lot of times, orders are dropped shipped to you. they never touch his hands, so I would imagine thats why he gave you the manufacturers phone number. Not an excuse but a reason. Also, if they sat around for a while, are you POSITIVE that something couldn't have happend to them while in storage? I have always found it suprising how my stuff even in boxes get damaged in transport. My experiences with greg, although few, have been excellent.

the fact of the matter is, they were the wrong lenses to begin with. they were the cloudy ones.

actually the fact is they are clear corners. If you want to be REAL factual you would know that there are "clear corners"-meaning non amber-and "Diamond Cut" which are more lucent than the clears. So is it fare to blame your bad consumerism on Greg? I'll be honest that I thought I had issues with him, but it turned out I was blaming the wrong guy. Greg isn't out to scam anyone, if he was you wouldn't hear 70% of the members recommending him.

Fact of the matter is dont blame people when you don't know what your ordering.

Bring the error to Greg's attention and problem solved, he will fix it. That took alot of thought process.

Regards.

Not Greg's error, his supplier's error. A while back, his supplier shipped him the wrong lights. He didn't know it since they were supposed to be diamond clears, and so he just shipped them all out. The problem was brought to Greg's attention, so just contact him and he will take care of it.

Give me a call bro or email me, I will be happy to send you a new set at no charge. You know I will take care of you. To respond to the manufacturer comment, I have only 4 items that are dropped shipped, not bad considering I offer about 50 different products. Two of the dropped shipped items are the body kit and fenders. The body kit costs $100 to ship, so if I had it shipped to me to keep in stock then back to you it would be an extra $100 tacked onto the price. I decided to save you all $100 and have Sarona ship it directly to you. Most all items are in stock ready to ship, in fact at this time I have over $100,000 in inventory ready to ship.
Thanks,
Greg
