I ordered a front spoiler for my max. The following day I left a message on some guys voicemail thing saying I want to cancel it. So I call up the following Monday to make sure it was cancelled. The guy was rude and cocky on the phone saying he doesn't have voicemail. So in the meantime I am broke I need the money from that damn spoiler to pay for bills, and I have to wait for it to get here to send it back to get the money credited back to my checking account. I am boycotting Stillen. Sorry for the rambling on, I had to vent.

 

How does ordering something, immediately wanting to cancel, then not having someone spend all their time on an order that yields no extra $ determine the sexual preference if the establishment's owner?

Maybe they think you are gay for ordering mods when you really can't afford it(or thought you could barely afford apparently)

 

For one thing in response to your sexual preference comment, where I am from, saying something is gay has no relation to its sexual conduct, just means something is stupid. Another thing I ordered after being told is was a full bumper replacement because my front bumper was messed up, I then found out that it was just a lip, so I cancelled it. I didn't cancel it because I was short on funds, just that I didn't need it anymore.

As far as Cancellig your order, sorry to hear of you bad timing. I would suggest that you do the research on the product before you buy it. I'm guilty of this... bought a Greddy exhaust didn't like it sold it 2 months later. Waste of money.

...I am sure their parts are performance worthy, but I'll never buy a ******* part from them. One of their customer service reps laughed off my 1988 Nissan Maxima, just because I was one year short of everyone's supported list (BTW, 89+ has a sh*tload of aftermarket parts). Instead of being nice about it, he proceeded to tell me what a POS my 88 Max was and to buy a newer model (little did they know that I already had planned to buy one, and was going to buy some choice parts from them for it). I asked to talk to his supervisor b/c his salesmanship was ****ing me off. The supervisor takes over and starts on about how 88 and below sucked big time, and to buy a real car.

I personally love and adore my 88 Maxima more so than my turbo 97. Performance-wise, my 97 will cream my 88, but you can't replace heritage (it's a car kept in the family, probably still will), history, and my 88 Maxima doesn't look too shabby at all. Everything is custom, so the work done is just that more rewarding to me, personally.

Stillen is cool, but too expensive. Isn't their muffler just a rebadged Dynomax
