Tri-City Nissan (Eastern Washington)

I went into Tri-City Nissan on a friday and talked to Aaron Brown (Parts Manager), he's a good guy, I told him I wanted a new grill look for my 90 max. I wanted to upgrade to the 94 GXE grill (all chrome w/ the nissan logo in the middle). He said he could order it (cool), but it would be in the following thursday (damm). I also ordered some touch-up paint for my silver frost (549) and he could get that too. I wanted some clips for the trunk area carpets, they could get them (cool), at 1.50 each (damm!). He saw that I was ordering alot, so he gave me a 20% discount on the trunk clips (thank you). I go in there next friday (a week later), and they shipped the wrong color paint (damm), they missed one of the bags of clips I oredered (double damm), and the grille was without the nissan logo in the middle (triple damm). Duh on my part for not asking whether or not the logo came w/ the grill, but I would have also thought Aaron would have told me too.

In the end, I will have to wait another week for the paint, clips and the nissan logo (another 20 bucks). Parts manager was cool, but the wait was kinda long and they messed up a majority of my order. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give the place a 6 because they were cool about messing the order up, and wanted to fix it quickly.
