A f*cked up transaction just TURNED SWEET!! Praise TUSTIN NISSAN!
sorry for the unkind words above but i'm still a LITTLE heated about what just happened. Here is how the story goes...
I ordered a driver side regulator from them a few weeks ago, got it a week after and had it sitting in my room all this time until the people working on my car were ready to put it in. This is the last install needed to be done and the car has been in shop for over 3 weeks. So they take it out and see the box says driver side regulator BUT the dam regulator says passenger side! I almost cried a lung out! I remembered how long it took to get this dam thing and to send it back and receive it again would take another 3-10 days which i REFUSE TO WAIT! so i called tustin up and complained and they understood the situation and apologized. I told them I was willin to pay for the other regulator so they could send it overnight now and give me my money back when i send the wrong one. They said "no need, they'll send it over night anyway." I was so thrilled, dissappointed at first but they rectified (sp?) the problem and now i'm patiently waiting for the new one to come in.
You guys don't understand the feeling i had. The trust, love, and consideration they gave me. I freaking waited 3 weeks for my car, 3 weeks with no transportation, no girls eyeing my ride, no accords giving thumbs up cause of their loss, and most of all, 3 weeks of depending on other people for rides (the worst feeling in the world). I NEED THIS car before this weekend cause i can't stand askin people for rides and i'm trying to have an alarm put on on Monday. If the regulator doesn't come tomorrow, i'll have to wait till probably wednesday to have them put it on which would suck big time.
Once again, i thank Tustin for making a horrible situation turn sweet and I hope they just didn't say whatever to get me off the phone
