Klasse duo package.....by hand or by orbital buffer?
Just bought the duo package from Klasse and couldn't find out if this needs to be done by hand or can I use my Porter Cable 7424?
The All In One goes on great with the PC 7424. I had some problems using the PC with the sealant Glaze, tho. I think I was using a bit too much glaze, cause even after leaving it on for 24 hours, as the recommend, it was hard to take off.
I'm still experimenting with it, and it's getting better. I might try the polishing pad from Griots as opposed to the one from Proper Auto Care that I've been using....

I just ordered 2 replacement pads for my Porter Cable 7424 from www.properautocare.com My other pads were getting old. Definately clean or replace your pads

The pads are brand new - only used 2 times and I cleaned them after each use. In the instructions, they said using a machine with the SG would be difficult. I just have to figure out the best way to go about it. I heard good things about the Griot's pads and thought they may be better.
Let us know how the PC and SG works for you.

I've never tried it by PC yet, but AIO is easy to work with and should work fine with a polishing or finishing pad (or by hand).
SG though, I'm not sure of. It may be faster to apply and less effort, but you can probably get the coats thinner (pretty much invisible) with hand application. At my best, I was using just 1/5 an ounce per coat. Use a finishing pad if you do go with PC application though.
One problem with machine application is that you'll waste more product as the pads tend to soak up a fair amount of product.
Increasing PC speed with SG shouldn't help.... you're basically just spreading the stuff. Even though I like Klasse, you just have to remember when applying Klasse SG: Thin, Thin, THIN! If not, it'll be harder to buff off without help or a lot of waiting. I'm sure the instructions you got will mention this, but be sure to wait about 24 hours from one coat to the next as well. HTH...

All of my Klasse applications have been done by hand using foam applicators and that worked very well.
However, when I get the PC, I do plan to use the following strategy:
Klasse AIO: White Pad
Klasse SG: Gray or finishing pad
