Leather-to-cloth glue?

The leather pieces on my doors are peeling off the cloth pieces underneath them(re-upholstered 1.5 yrs ago, not by me). Is there a specific adhesive I should use or will crazy-glue be just fine? I don't want to *** it up. Thanks.

You can go to any fabric store aka Michaels or the rag shop or whatever they have by you and they have specific stuff for this.
