2 questions
1) what is the BEST/SAFEST way to bring back the shinne to engine bay and get rid of all those oil and stuff.
2) i clayed my max about 3 months ago. i used 20% dirty towel to dry the max completly after i used the CALIFORNIA WATER blade and the towel scratched the entire surface of the car (this was last week). im so ****ed, now i got swirl marks all over cuz of that

1) This probably isn't the easiest way, but the safest way is to mix up some stronger car shampoo solution and use that with a soft brush. Usually "safe" and "easy" don't mix well, although what "safe" constitutes is a personal opinion. Many people have used degreasers and all purpose cleaners on their engine bays.
2) It depends on how deep or bad the scratches are, but try a swirl remover first. Have a scratch remover and some fine cut compound (or equivalent) as backup handy too. It's a judgement call, but if you're not completely sure how bad the damage is, you're best off doing it gently first by default.
