I can't really see them good enough to say anything for sure. But are you sure that those prints are on the surface and not under the clear coat?

dba: Try this

a) Wash car with Dawn to strip off old layers of wax
b) Go over the car with Meguiar's #83 Dual Action Cleaner Polish
c) Follow with Klasse All In One
d) Top with Klasse Sealant Glaze
e) After last coat of SG, top with S100

What the heck was on your hand when you touched the car there? Is it a sticky residue, notice it when you run your fingers over it, etched paint?

It looks like you touched your car with some sort of fluid on your hand. My guess is either brake fluid or paint thinner, both of which will not be coming off anytime soon.

For something like this you will need a professional. Did your detailer compound it with an aggressive agent? If not, I'd try that first. If that doesn't work you'll have to try wet sanding or possibly repainting.

I understand the second pic but where is the location of the first pic, is it an under the hood pic?

You may have to wet sand (1000 grit)to remove the fault, then compound and polish.

OK....It looks like wet sanding to me. There was a good show on speed vision(actually called trucks) but it dealt with old paint. Now I know your ride isn`t that old but it also dealt with these difficult marks.
