as the pic shows, finger marks on the pint. i have tried the clay bar and wax,,,even got the car professionally done and they are still there...

b) Go over the car with Meguiar's #83 Dual Action Cleaner Polish

For something like this you will need a professional. Did your detailer compound it with an aggressive agent? If not, I'd try that first. If that doesn't work you'll have to try wet sanding or possibly repainting.
