need help will a clay bar take over spray from paint off a car???
i woke up and i have overspray all over my spec v, i have no idea where it came from.. i had it compounded and waxed and glazed and 95% of it is gone but i still have it in certain spots.. will the clay bar take this off? it was a ***** to get off evan when i compounded it with the wheel..
I work in an industrial area and all autos parked in our lot are subject to overspray. I don't drive my Max very often, but it has been affected. Clay bar worked great, but does take some time and effort. I drive a red Toyota pickup to work most days and the clay bar has kept the overspray off of it for 6 years. Definitely worth the effort. Good luck getting that crap off.
There are clay bars designed to remove overspray on the market. The most notable of these is the Clay Magic RED bar. There are certain online sites that have the red bar or you can hit a body shop supply store to get one.
Which Wax?
anyone have any ideas how I go abuot after useing the clay bar(yellow one is all I could find) The paint is still there but cant see it that bad. What wax should I used on the black LTZ now? Or other cleaner?
