Touching up tiny rust spots

I have a 01 Max that I bought used. Overall, the paint is in very good condition(car only has 24,000 miles). The only problem I noticed was a couple of very tiny rock chips in the rear fender near the the door(very close to the wheel. What would be the best way to get rids of these rust spots. I was thinking of sandpapering the rust away, then using touch up paint. Any suggestions?

thanks 2k3, what did you use the product on, rust, scratches, chips, or all? I have a bit of everything. The site http://www.langka.com/ claims outstanding results. how true?
