need help with my carpet.....badly..

i don't have a digital camara..so there's no pic for now. I need help with my carpet. My max has beige interior. the former owner rarely cleaned the car. My carpet is kind of black/ grey on driver side. I used carpet cleaner twice. still filthy....the black and grey around deadpedal wouldn't be cleaned. does anyone know a really good and strong product to clean the carpet...and also i want to do this myself . and how exactly you guys use the carpet cleaner..thx for help.

I bought a Bissell Little Green I also have tan interior and it did wonders on my mats. It goes for about $70 and is well worth it IMO. Otherwise, I would have them professionally detailed if they are that bad.

Before you go and spend alot of money purchase a bottle of simple green. Spray the carpet lightly with simple green and heavier in the stained areas. Scrub with a brush until it starts to foam and then "buff" with a soft towel. I have a 00 with frost interior and my mats look brand new thanks to this. If it doesn't work then at least you only spent $5.

they won't detail the engine compartment unless you ask them to. detailers do different things ranging from vacumming and dusting to claying, polishing, waxing, the works...you can get the interior and exterior fully detailed for around $150

well first thing that came to my mind was one of those rug doctors that they let u rent @ local VONS, Ralphs or w.e

those are made to clean carpet and rugs and stuff. u can give those a try or u can take it to one of those "home carpet cleaning" companies out there and have them professionaly clean it. i doubt its gonna cost u more than $20 bux since now a days they do a living room for about $60. i think you should give that a try and clean all 4 carpets. if it doesnt give you good results, then you can try the $70 cleaner the other guy suggested.

we had black spots all over our tan carpet at my house, we called one of those companies, they came, cleaned and the carpet was shinny and good as new.
im sure urs is gonna look like new as well. give it a try man

i would definitely get a steam cleaner, but then again. You can pay 100 bucks for a steam cleaner but for the same price you can probably purchase brand new OEM mats from the dealer for the same cost.
