******* rocker panels

They're pierced at two places and looking pretty tired overall. I'm aware that the car needs a paint job but it really is worth it since the interior is hyper clean and that it has zero rust to be found other than the ugly-as-**** rocker panels. Anyone know of a good source to find some not-too-expensive ones? Apparently they only make bumpers and whatnot around here.

What's the problem with the rocker panels? If they just have lots of stubborn tar and dirt on them, then you can revive them with some quality bug/tar remover. I used Einzett's last week and it worked great with very little effort. Keep in mind that I had NEVER cleaned the rocker panels before with anything other than car soap when I washed the car.
I'd suggest trying some of that before you decide to get new ones.

They're rusted inside it seems, two or three holes due to rust. And the fine metal line that is used to support the car while on a lift in a garage is twisted and broken at some places.

Yeah that metal line is bent on my car too. I don't use it to support the car on stands though. I don't trust that thin piece to hold up 3000 lbs. There is a reinforced spot of that line that is meant to support the car but I still don't use it. IIRC the factory jack is meant to lift the car in that spot though.
So you actually have holes completely through your racker panels?

That is because it is part of the uni-body. You need some major body work to fix it right. Grind away all of the rust and then some(Rust usually starts from the back.) Then weld on new sheet metal. Grind the welds smooth and if needed use body filler(Try not to use filler if possible). Then prime & paint.

The major problem is the fine, but solid 1" tall line that goes all the way.
