Swirly look after washing

I need tips on how to wash my car/ what soap and materials to use to prevent the paint from getting that swirly look after it dries

^^^ Like he said, can you see the swirls before u wash? if u dont see any the way to avoid them is by using a clean sponge, if it is dirty you are going to get swirls... also be sure to rinse the car properly and use plenty of soap and you should be alright, o almost forgot, be carefull when drying the car as well. Now if you have the swirls before you wash, its going to be a bit more difficult. you are going to need to have the car polished and waxed. i recomend a pc 7424 for a DIY, or take it to a pro.
