Gear used

Ewuzh, I'm an amateur photographer, so that has quite a bit to do with it as well. However, the gear is a Canon EOS 10D camera. That was shot with a Tamron Gold XRdI lens (28-78mm).

I put up another post with some night shots I took. That was taken with the same camera and lens, with the wideangle lens being a Sigma EX-DG 12-24 mm lens.

The pictures look nothing like that coming off the camera. A lot of digital photography is in the post processing. The photos are color balanced, manually curved and NikPro sharpened in Photoshop CS.

I can do a lot of image correction in Photoshop, the trick is knowing when to stop and not go to far, have to develop your "eye." I took similar pics with a Sony DSC-707 as well, however the Canon Digital SLR definitely has a lot more detail and the lenses help a lot as well.

Wow... Very clean car. Just a suggestion though. In your cleared lights that have amber bulbs, have you ever thought about LED's? Then you don't have the amber color in the housing and it will look a bit smoother. Just a suggestion.

Yes, I'm going to be building LED packs for all the front cornering and signal lights.

Good eye man. You picked up on that.

Yes the kit is cracked, quite badly as well. I even had it custom molded, so all that has to be cut out and the new lip be put on and remolded.

Its almost impossible to crack urethane, but these rough NYC streets will crack anything. It was one of those dips and valleys in the road, so the front end smacked pretty hard. The only reason I can think it cracked was because it was really cold outside, so the urethane wasn't as pliable.

Stillen carries a warranty on these kits though, for as long as you own the car, so I will be taking pics and requesting a new one.

Thanks for the compliments.

Btw, its a private secure garage. The first level is closed to drive-ins, only monthly parkers. That's where my max sits too.
