overspray removal

Hey
Bought a set of used tails and have some overspray on them. Any suggestions on how to remove it?
Thanks

From: Auburn WA,
brake cleaner will ruin the plastic, When I bought my car it was covered in overspray. I used rubber buffer, the kind used to clean the inside of a tire before it gets a patch. Worked great

No No, Much easier way, I redid all the black trim on my VE & was lazy on the taping on the right side & got black overspray everywhere on a White car!, including some on the windows. Just get a brand new Razor Blade & scrape it off. You want the blade to be at an angle as much as you can, cause with really sharp Razor Blades if you dont it will sometimes bite the paint, wont do any damage though if you do, I did accidentally about 5-10 times & I have (Peeling) 12 year old paint, Did Nothing. You just scrape either up or down. The blade is so sharp/thin that it will only take off the Spray Paint or whatever it is. I thought it wouldn't work till I did it & was way suprised! Works Perfectly Trust Me.

overspray/road paint remover wipes..takes a little elbow grease to wipe them down but also be careful not to scrub too hard if using it on clearcoat

you can get your hands on a buffer.. do that.. use a wool pad and meguiars diamond cut compound 2.0.. i work in a body shop and that is how we get the stuff off.. its the easiest way to do it..
