I use HD Cleanse from Car Brite. Eats right through brake dust, even the baked on old stuff.

Steven let me know which one it is when you find out. I clean my hubcaps and a week later they are brown from brake dust.

Armor All makes a spray for wheels that works really well, I can't remember what it's called, but it'll be the only one on the shelf.
