I know this is an autopiacarcare friendly place. I have been a customer and have had no problems in the past getting ahold of someone or getting a response to an email. I have recently sent 2 emails in reference to a sale they were having and have recieved no responses. I also tried to contact them via phone and never could reach a live person, it always sent me to a "leave message after the beep" crap.

Anyone else have these issues?

I would def pick up the phone if someone wanted to buy something from me. Especially if I dedicated a toll free number to sales.

Am I being pissy over nothing?
