Rust posssibly on rotors??

Rotors are brand new and I just washed the car two days ago .. mind you I have washed the car plenty of times since getting them. It rained the other day and I went to look at my car and it looked like this.

Do you know what to use to clean the off??

Nothing to worry about, it'll disappear. The foreman at my shop painted all the areas that do not come into contact with the pads on a new set of rotors for his grand prix. Seemed to keep the rotors looking quite good.
