Splash Guard/Mud Flaps

mine are lookin pretty gray. What's the best way to get them nice and black again?

get some tire shine. It works great but you do have to keep applying it just like on tires.

i had heard to try tire shine. Do you think that trim restorer stuff might work?

Do you mean the "Back to Black" stuff? I had pretty good luck with it before. Test it in an out of the way area to be sure. Worth a try, it's only like $5.

Tire shine and trim restorer are going to need to be reapplied every 2 weeks or so

I've had good luck with tire shine products or interior dash products like black magic and it seems to revive the exterior plastic for months. As long as the splash guards aren't too far gone, should work.

I found this stuff at strauss called Black Jack, not to be confused with Black Jack the Roach spray! It is MUCH better than all of the other back to black type products. As soon as you open it you can tell its better. Its a very thick liquid. A littel goes a long way. It seems to have the best "blacking" properties I have found. Awesome product. back to black is like a watery joke next to this stuff.

Poorboy's Trim Restorer should do it, and will not have to be reapplied frequently. It's a great product for removing wax stains and restoring faded trim.
