tarminator

http://www.tarminator.com/

This stuff works excellent on any kind of crap on your bumper. I took a road trip to columbus, oh from nj about 2000miles of driving.. everything is sparkling clean with the tarminator from stoners.. you spray it on, scrub it a bit with a sponge or bug scrubber and it comes off easy with a quick hose off..

You can try WD-40. Just make sure you wax afterwards. A perfect example of why bug, bird and tree crap shouldn't be left on paint for too long.
