scratches

I have a evergreen max with plenty of scratches around the door handle and trunk. Is there any why to make them look better?

Scratch X

I wish I had some pictures, but man that stuff works PERFECT for removing minor imperfections on door handles (ie: small area places..you build up heat easier). I used it to fix up 2 doors and it worked WONDERS but required a damn good amount of muscle power to do so. For door handles though, it is no harder than applying wax, and the results will blow your mind. Worth every penny for the uses you can come up for that stuff!

Scratch X may work, but depending on how severe they are you may need a more agressive polish.

Any pics?

those up there will work but if you want a cheap way, go to walmart or wherever and get some turtlewax polishing compound for 1.99. just wax afterward.

I tried that stuff...didn't do crap for me. Scratch X is a much better product with much better results. Trust me, go grab some and use it on your door handles; they will look like new.

If you cant feel them with your finger nail, then they should come completely out.

If you can, well there isnt much you can do, scratch X, rubbing compound, imperial hand glaze and wax, and maybe some touch up paint in the bad spots? Good luck

I've used ScratchX several times and it does work to a certain extent, but requires ALOT of elbow grease and patience. I'm thinking about trying a different product called Einszett Paint Polish. I've heard alot of good things about it, especially that its far easier to use than ScratchX. It can be applied by hand or PC.
